ANAHEIM ELECTRONICS – MOBILE SUIT DEPLOYMENT COMPLIANCE FORM AE-FR-79/93
(FILED IN ACCORDANCE WITH UC ORDINANCE 012 AND AE-LEGAL 6.2.1, "DENIAL OF LIABILITY FOR PILOT ERROR")
Unit Designation: _____________
Pilot Name: _________________________
Deployment Date: _______________

Pre-Deployment Technical Compliance

1. Core Systems Initialization

  • Minovsky Reactor Activation – Confirm output within ±2% of rated capacity. Reminder: Output spikes exceeding spec are a "feature," not a warranty claim.
  • Psycommu Link Check (if equipped) – Verify mental synchronization index is under 82%. Higher readings may result in "Newtype-related anomalies" (see Appendix D: Hallucinations).
  • Cooling Systems – Ensure thermal control fluid is AE-approved. Substituting coolant with colony tap water voids your service contract.

2. Pilot Interface Verification

  • Linear Seat Calibration – Align for ergonomic efficiency. AE assumes no responsibility for "spinal compression events."
  • HUD Color Scheme – Default is AE-Corporate Green™. Unauthorized color changes (e.g., "Char Red") trigger disciplinary review.
  • Control Stick Dead-Zone – Test responsiveness. If sluggish, ensure debris is not from "personal snack storage."

3. Armament Readiness

  • Beam Rifle Charge – Calibrate E-Cap to factory settings. AE denies all knowledge of "overclocked" rifles tested in downtown Von Braun.
  • Beam Saber Integrity – Activate briefly; avoid prolonged ignition in hangar due to insurance premiums.
  • Fin Funnel Deployment (RX-93 only) – Confirm psychowave harmonics. Misalignment may cause friendly fire... allegedly.

Field Deployment Procedures

1. Launch Bay Protocol

  • Coordinate Confirmation – Double-check target coordinates. Last year's Granada incident is still "under review" by Legal.
  • Launch Catapult Safety – Ensure catapult is free of maintenance personnel, supply crates, or unauthorized Haros.

2. In-Mission Conduct

  • Maintain Comms with Command – Refrain from broadcasting political manifestos mid-sortie.
  • Monitor Reactor Output – AE provides complimentary dosimeters; failure to wear voids hazard pay eligibility.
  • Target Identification – Confirm IFF before firing. "It looked Zeon-ish" is not an acceptable debriefing answer.

Post-Deployment Compliance

1. Return Procedures

  • Docking Approach – Approach at <10 m/s to reduce hangar repair budget overruns.
  • Debrief Submission – Submit AE-FR-79R in triplicate. Creative writing embellishments will be redacted.

2. Maintenance Handover

  • Damage Report – Include all hull breaches, scorch marks, or suspicious dents. AE's warranty does not cover "mysterious space debris impacts."
  • Psycommu Residuals (if applicable) – Purge lingering pilot brainwave signatures before next sortie. HR has ruled that "ghost voices" constitute a workplace hazard.

Safety Reminders from AE Corporate:

  • Mobile Suits are not to be used for personal transport, even on lunch breaks.
  • Unauthorized painting in non-AE colors (e.g., pink) will be prosecuted as "brand dilution."
  • Anaheim Electronics is a neutral defense contractor. Any resemblance to Zeon engineering is "purely coincidental."
