1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Anaheim Electronics for procurement, leasing, or maintenance of Mobile Suits, beam weaponry, or related subsystem components, you agree to these Terms. This includes, without limitation, Neo Zeon ceasefires of uncertain duration and Earth Federation procurement guidelines subject to budget cycles.

2. Eligibility

You must be an authorized representative of a recognized polity, colony administration, or corporate defense arm. Individuals acting under masks, aliases, or elaborate capes must present verifiable credentials prior to field testing.

3. Use of Equipment

• Do not deploy psycho-frame units within densely populated colonies without approval from Side authorities.
• Beam weapon discharges must comply with inter-colony shipping lanes and lunch hour curfews.
• Transformable frames must complete post-sortie calibration before docking in civilian bays.

4. Payment & Pricing

Pricing is subject to periodic realignment with galactic realities. Surcharges may apply during “heightened geopolitical turbulence,” “unexpected asteroid activity,” or “market enthusiasm for psycho-frame sparkle.”

5. Warranties & Limitations

Equipment is warranted against ordinary wear, micrometeorite scuffs, and minor beam pitting. Warranty does not cover: Newtype-related phenomenon, axis-level reentries, or romantic monologues broadcast mid-duel.

6. Compliance

Customer is responsible for obtaining launch windows, colony docking permits, and any necessary approvals from the Earth Federation, the Space Colonies Public Corporation, or applicable Side governance.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate upon thirty (30) solar-standard days notice or immediately upon confirmed declaration of independence by the Customer’s newly formed principality.
